We are pleased to inform you that FIEO along with Registrar Corp is organising a VC: Interactive Session o­n “How to Export FDA Regulated Food Products to the USA” with Ms. Jessica Austin, Registrar Corp’s Training and Education Manager, as per the following details:

Date and Day: Friday, December 4, 2020 

Timing: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm 

Participation Fee: Nil but pre-registration is mandatory for joining the VC

The key objective of the session is to educate members on the need-to-know FDA requirements so that their products may successfully enter the US market. Registrar Corp will also discuss few important procedures while exporting to USA like:

· To designate a U.S. Agent for FDA communications

· Submit Prior Notice to FDA for every shipment of food to the United States

· Agree to inspection of the facility by FDA at any given time

· Develop and maintain HARPC Food Safety Plans under FSMA

· Follow strict labelling and ingredient requirements
